New To Cornerstone?
Here's what to expect when you attend a service...
Biblical Teaching
We teach from the Bible. One book at a time. That's it. (Okay, sometimes we do a topical series, but even then we tell you what the Bible has to say about it.) Some people call it exegetical teaching, which means we interpret what it says. And then we offer practical ways for you to apply it to your life. Want to see what we're teaching this weekend? Group Worship
We believe it's important to worship God together as a church family. Think of it as a big choir. Yes, we have a band with electric guitars and drums, but we choose upbeat and intimate songs that we believe you'll want to sing with everyone else. And everyone once in awhile, we throw in a dramatic sketch or video to enhance the experience.
A Place For Your Kids
We love kids! There's a place at Cornerstone called D6 Weekend. During the weekend services, we offer age-appropriate classes in a safe, fun environment for newborns through second grade. When you enter the main foyer, there's a D6 Families info desk right there. Just stop by, and a friendly person will help you check in.
Great Coffee
Yes, we have a coffee bar in our foyer. And we serve the good stuff, too. Come early for a cup of joe and a doughnut. (We have some semi-healthy stuff, too.) While you're drinking and eating, get to know folks from the Cornerstone family. Who knows, you may make a new friend!
