Connect
Connect with the community.
At Cornerstone, our goal is to connect people to God through Jesus Christ in authentic faith. As people are drawn to Christ, it is God’s plan to connect them to one another, forming the church. The church is a unique group of individuals whom God has chosen and adopted into His family.
It's nearly impossible to know everyone who is a part of the Cornerstone family. That's okay, but get connected with some of them. We offer all kinds of ways to know others and be known. Check out our connection groups, equipping classes, accountability groups and Bible studies that connect you to Christ and to others.
Connection Groups | CGs are the core of the small-group life at Cornerstone. Hosted in homes in Ames and surrounding communities, these groups of eight to fifteen people offer a smaller context for the study of the Bible, fellowship, accountability and service. It's kind of like a church within the church. READ MORE ABOUT CONNECTION GROUPS.
Equipping Classes | If you want to go deeper in your study of the Bible, consider enrolling in one of our equipping classes. From topical classes about finances to understanding how to interpret the Bible to earning a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from our Cornerstone School of Theology, there's something for you. (You read it right. You can get a master's degree at Cornerstone.) READ MORE ABOUT EQUIPPING CLASSES.
Men's Accountability Groups | Get involved in an accountability group with other men. Learn basic principles of growing in your faith and build lasting relationships rooted in Christ. Most groups meet on Thursday mornings at 6:00a. Yep, that early. READ MORE ABOUT MEN'S MINISTRY.
Women's Study Groups | Join the women of Cornerstone for a seasonal Bible study, ranging from topical discussions to in-depth examinations of specific books in the Bible. The bulk of the groups meet Monday evenings or Thursday mornings. (Awesome childcare is provided for the morning studies. So bring the kids.) READ MORE ABOUT WOMEN'S MINISTRY.
