Men's Ministry

Act like a man.

Men should be able to lead themselves, lead their families and then lead in the church. In that order. We stand shoulder to shoulder with you as we offer the following contexts for you to man up.

Men's Basic | Thursdays from 6:00a to 7:30a
Get involved in an accountability group with other men. Learn basic principles of growing in your faith. Build lasting relationships rooted in Christ. Each meeting begins with a short message for the whole group, followed by discussion and accountability at table groups of eight to ten guys. What else do you have scheduled for that early in the day?

Journey Groups | Meeting Times Vary
After completing Men's Basic, men are invited to join a Journey Group. Journey Groups consist of five to ten men meeting weekly in a comfortable, casual setting with a leader. They encourage one another intellectually and spiritually as they work through material designed to develop growing, serving and missional lives. Journey groups use curriculum entitled "The Journey." It is a three-year curriculum which contains six, six-week modules each year. You will discover a deeper level of fellowship and camaraderie with those in your group. You will find yourself surrounded by new friends who will accept you, share honestly about the challenges they face, be there to support you through hard times and encourage you in reaching your goals.

Leadership Training | Meeting Times Vary
Men who demonstrate a growing maturity in Christ and who desire to be leaders in God's church are regularly invited to be a part of our leadership training series. This includes training for leadership in Cornerstone's connection group ministry and other ministry leadership. We want Cornerstone to become a training ground. Our goal is to continually raise up elder-quality men for God's Church, whether here at Cornerstone, or churches to the ends of the earth. For those who really want to ramp it up, we offer an accredited Master's of Arts in Theological Studies. READ MORE ABOUT OUR CORNERSTONE SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY.
