Classes at Cornerstone
are categorized into four equipping pathways. These
equipping pathways are not mutually exclusive of one
another, but instead are complimentary. That is, some
believers may be involved in more than one equipping
pathway at one time. Each pathway leads to a specific
outcome or area of service.

Foundational Path
This equipping pathway is designed to help those new
in their faith become
established in their faith and in the fellowship of
the Church. Areas of emphasis include understanding
the basics truths of the Christian faith, the basic
disciplines of the Christian life, and the central role
of the local church.
Growth and Maturity Path
This equipping pathway is designed to help all believers
press on to maturity in their faith by deepening their
knowledge of God and growing in relationship with
Christ and His Church. Areas of focus include: biblical
studies, character development, and development of a
Christian worldview.
Family Life Path
This equipping pathway is designed to help build strong
families based on the
principles of God’s Word. Areas of focus include
preparation for marriage, building strong marriage relationships,
and biblical principles for parenting or shepherding
children.
Leadership Path
This equipping pathway is designed to train those whom
God is raising up to
be leaders within His Church. These courses will equip
mature believers to teach and lead other believers in
ministry at Cornerstone Church and around the world.
Areas of focus include preparation for local church
leadership (elders), pastoral training, and international
church leadership (church planting ministry).
