Our Finances

Money can be a touchy subject. We like to hit it head on.

It's the generosity of everyday people in our church family that fuels the ministry of this local church. That said, everything we have comes from God. Yep, He owns everything. So for His followers to give a small portion back to the local church...well, we don't think it's a big deal.
 

Here’s how finances work at Cornerstone:

1. Generous people in our community love contributing to the things they see God doing around here. So they give, and we use that money to bless others.

2. We base our budget on what we believe God wants, not on what we think we’ll get.

3. Money gets spent here, not stashed. Money is a tool for ministry, and therefore should be used and not stockpiled.

We believe these things strike at the heart of how God wants money to be used as seen in the Bible.

Who Funds This Place? 
Our support comes from the normal tithes (10 percent of gross earnings) and offerings of average folks who love contributing to the kinds of things they see God doing in our midst.

We welcome your financial gifts and encourage our regular attendees and members to give faithfully to the work of this local church.

In Person | We don't pass an offering plate, but we do have offering boxes located throughout the facility. Drop off your contribution in the main auditorium vestibules, in the foyer of the South Auditorium or outside the office entrance in the main foyer.
